WHO WE ARE

The Learn to Read Foundation, formerly known as the (Read Read Foundation), was established in 2018 to foster a love of reading in young people and help underprivileged communities in Ghana, West Africa, achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4. Additionally, we are working towards SDG 4 targets 4.5 and 4.6  which respectively state:

 By 2030, eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for the vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples and children in vulnerable situations

By 2030, ensure that all youth and a substantial proportion of adults, both men and women, achieve literacy and numeracy.

Our mission is to foster a lifelong love for reading among children through engaging programs, accessible books, and supportive learning environments, to nurture their intellectual growth and future success.

What We Do

• We start book clubs in schools.

• We provide mentorship to our beneficiaries .

•  As donations, we offer books to support school libraries.

•  We create and manage writing contests.

• We run edtech services for children.
